A phrase used as an intensifier added after an insult or curse. A: "Nice haircut. What did you use, a weed whacker?" B: "Hey, screw you and the horse you came in on." Yeah, well, same to you, jerk. Eff you, and the horse you came in on. A: "Wow, Dumbo, could your ears get any bigger?" B: "Screw you and the horse you came in on, all right?"
