slang To be excessively alike. I asked the realtor to find an older home with some charm and character because the new construction houses in this neighborhood are all much of a muchness to me. Perfect, preppy kids look to be much of a muchness at this school. I just don't think that my artsy daughter would fit in with them. Big poufy skirts, lots of lace—all of these wedding gowns are much of a muchness to me. I'm looking for something a little more unique.

Very similar in style, status, or ability. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's—all these fast-food burger joints are much of a muchness to me. These two teams heading to the championships are much of a muchness in terms of raw skill and win percentages this season, so it should be a great matchup.
