1.Very excited or energetic. We played some rap music to get hepped up before the big game. The dogs get all hepped up once they're let out of their cages, so let them run around outside for a bit I'm always hepped up whenever I hear this tune!
2. Stimulated by some substance. His behavior has been so strange that I'm starting to wonder if he's hepped up on pills. Mom, thanks for watching the kids, but please don't get them all hepped up on sugar next time. I'm all hepped up after three coffees, so let's do this!
