To remove or fix any small problems that are present in something, such as a project. The main development is finished, we just need to get the kinks out before we release the product. The government's initiative has certainly had a promising start. We'll have to see if they can get the kinks out. Our latest software update is nearly finished—the developers just need to get the kinks out at this point.
