1. To be conned, swindled, cheated, or unfairly deprived; to be put at a disadvantage or in a difficult position. You guys should have won that game—you totally got screwed by the referee. We really got screwed when Tom quit in the middle of the project! You know Mom is going to get screwed if she gives Rich money for his latest cockamamie scheme!
2. To have sex. If she didn't come home, I bet it's because she got screwed last night. He's not a relationship-type of guy. He's clearly just looking to get screwed. I did go back to his place, but I didn't get screwed, if that's what you're implying!

1. Sl. to have sexual intercourse. (Considered a crude usage.) A lot of the college kids on spring break in Florida do nothing but get drunk and get screwed.
2. Sl. to get cheated. I really got screwed on that last deal.
