slang To snort a drug in powdered form, typically cocaine. The substance is arranged in a thin line before being snorted. Please tell me you didn't just do a line of cocaine in the bathroom. Yeah, I did a line last night, and man, was that a wild trip! A: "Do a line with me?" B: "Nah, man, I went to rehab and gave that stuff up."
