slang Describing an avid user of cocaine. "Candied" is a play on the term "nose candy," meaning cocaine in powdered form, typically ingested by snorting through the nose. Ralph used to be candied, that's why he went to rehab. Addiction is a powerful thing. The people who are candied today were probably recreational drug users not that long ago. He used to be a real upright guy with a bright future ahead of him. Now he's candied and spends each day looking for his next hit.
