Totally without musical talent, especially in singing. I think it's lovely that George wants to be in his church choir, but that boy can't carry a tune in a bushel basket! Amber can't join our band—have you ever heard her sing? She can't carry a tune in a bushel basket! I know I can't carry a tune in a bushel basket, so I always audition to be a background dancer in our school plays.
