An initialism of "sounds good to me," used primarily in text messages and online communications to express one's assent or agreement to something. A: "Movie tomorrow at 8?" B: "Yep, SGTM!" A: "Would you like me to upgrade your account?" B: "Sure, SGTM, thanks."
