IANAD

An initialism of "I am not a doctor," used in online communications as a caveat when offering an opinion on or giving advice about some medical issue. It sounds to me like you might have a hernia, but IANAD, so you really ought to go to the hospital. Look, IANAD, but I really don't think such a tiny amount of raw chicken is going to put your life at risk. IANAD, but I think you should get that rash checked out!
