rude An acronym of "knowledge in, bullshit out," referring to a situation or instance in which a person, group, or organization is given reliable information that they proceed to ignore or misunderstand. I swear, it's always KIBO with these guys. No matter how plainly you demonstrate what they ought to be doing, they never listen to you! In this line of work, you get used to getting KIBO from your clients.
