1. slang Drunk. (A euphemistic substitution for "pissed (drunk).") I was so peonied last night that I woke up with a tattoo I don't remember getting.
2. slang Very angry or irritated. (A euphemistic substitution for "pissed (off).") I could tell that he was getting peonied talking about the incident, so I just gave him some space to cool off.
