Primarily heard in Ireland.
1. Any large, fuzzy caterpillar. Don't freak out, but there's a hairy molly crawling on your backpack right now. I don't care if it's "just" a caterpillar—get that hairy molly away from me! The kids are totally enthralled by a hairy molly that's crawling up a tree in the backyard.
2. vulgar slang The female genitals. He just seems so lecherous—I bet he's after your hairy molly.

1. slang Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), also known as ecstasy or E, which elicits an intense sensation of heightened energy, pleasure, and empathy. Once someone started passing around the molly, the party really got pretty crazy. I took some molly during dinner so that I'd be at the peak of my high right when the concert started.
2. rude slang A male who is regarded as weak, cowardly, or effeminate. Primarily heard in UK, Ireland. Come on, don't be a molly! We dared you, so you have to do it!
3. obsolete A homosexual male. Primarily heard in UK. I always suspected David was a bit of a molly, what with the company he keeps.
4. obsolete A prostitute. Those mollies will have nowhere to turn when they're released, so they'll most likely end up back on the streets. I hear the young duke can often be seen with a molly on his arm in London's red-light district.
Molly whop (one)
To strike, slap, or slam into one, either once or repeatedly; to wallop one. The term is sometimes hyphenated, and sometimes both, or neither, "Molly" and "whop" are capitalized. I'm gonna Molly-whop you if you don't shut your mouth! The car sped through the red life and Molly Whopped van that had started to drive forward.
