To struggle to do something (which is stated after "job"). I'm having a hard job getting a passing grade in math this semester—I guess I need to find a tutor. I had a hard job keeping ahold of Rover's leash once he started barking at the neighbor's cat. I know you're having a hard job there, but you need to keep your client in line, counselor!
