Someone who works hard and is not deterred by challenges. Primarily heard in Australia. It won't be an easy job, but that's why you need a hard doer like Uncle Ray to help you. If anyone can figure out how to pack all this stuff into your tiny car, it's him. I never would have gotten the printer unjammed without a hard doer like Heather by my side. She would not give up until we had it all fixed! Doesn't every boss want a hard doer on their team?
