hamburger

1. Literally, a beef patty, typically served on a bun. I'm just going to get a hamburger with fries. A: "Do you want a hamburger?" B: "No thanks, I stopped eating meat about two years ago." A: "Are you ready to order?" B: "Yeah, I'll have a hamburger and a Coke, please."
2. A shares of stock in the McDonald's corporation. In this usage, the word is usually plural. How are your hamburgers doing, in light of the criticism McDonald's has faced lately? Imagine the money you would have made if you'd had hamburgers in the heyday of McDonald's! You should really consider selling your hamburgers before this McDonald's scandal gets worse.
3. Someone regarded as insignificant and dumb. Don't worry about that fool, he's just hamburger. I know the bosses just dismiss me as hamburger. What do I have to do to earn their respect? This is a complex procedure. Any hamburgers are gonna have a hard time picking it up.
