habit is second nature

That which has been turned into a habitual practice will be done with little or no conscious effort. We at the academy adhere to the philosophy that habit is second nature, which is why we drill our cadets every day until they perform their duties with automatic precision. Sorry, ever since I worked as an editor I can't help but pick out typos and grammatical mistakes. Habit is second nature!
