1. To be enjoyable and exciting, as of an event. I think a celebrity appearance will really help your party go over with a bang. All you need is a bounce house and cupcakes, and the party will go over with a bang, don't worry. If we want to rack up more donations, our event seriously needs to go over with a bang.
