To give up one's job or abandon one's former life, especially to pursue new experiences or opportunities. I heard Sarah chucked it all in to go traveling around the world. If this company doesn't start making money soon, I think we'll have to chuck it all in and try something else. I didn't want to drop out of college, but I had to chuck it all in and focus on the baby I was about to have.
