chuck it all
To give up one's job or abandon one's former way of living, especially to pursue new experiences or opportunities. I heard Sarah chucked it all to go traveling around the world. If this company doesn't start making money soon, I think we'll have to chuck it all and try something else. I didn't want to drop out of college, but I had to chuck it and focus on the baby I was about to have.
