To be very disgruntled, angry, or outraged. John was so pissed off when he found out that someone else had been given the promotion instead of him. Of course I'm pissed off about the test! Now I'm going to have to take it again this summer. Yeah, Sarah is pissed off! You really shouldn't have said that to her.
