To be very disgruntled, irritated, angry, or outraged. "PO'd" is a euphemistic abbreviation of "pissed off." John was so PO'd when he found out that someone else had been given the promotion instead of him. Of course I'm PO'd about the test! Now I'm going to have to take it again this summer. Yeah, Sarah is PO'd! You really shouldn't have said that to her.
