Arrogant, pretentious, or self-satisfied; having an inflated sense of self-importance. I hate working in this part of the city. The people here are all-over themselves because of how much money they make. Do we really have to go to another arty-farty lecture at the art museum? The people there are always all over themselves. I don't know why Mary's all over herself all of a sudden when she's just an amateur actor like the rest of us.
