Thoroughly absorbed, involved, or immersed in someone or something. It's easy to get wrapped up in teen drama as a girl in high school, but there are so many things that are better uses of your time and energy. Sorry, I'm pretty wrapped up in finishing my degree right now, so I don't really have time or energy for a relationship. Don't bother trying to have a conversation with him right now, he's totally wrapped up in one of his video games.
