To back up one's words with equivalent actions. Often used in the phrase "talk the talk and walk the walk," which is used in many different forms, most often to indicate that one is being boastful or to express doubt that one can carry out what they have claimed. Walk the Walk is a grant-making charity, which means that everyone taking part in the Sunwalk - which takes place in Southampton - is raising money for various breast cancer-related projects and campaigns.
