1. noun, slang Vomit. The absolute worst job of my life was as a janitor for an amusement park—I had to clean all the upchuck off the ground near the roller coasters. A: "What happened? The whole car smells like upchuck!" B: "Yeah, Tommy got sick on the drive home."
