1. slang Of a piece of media, presented in its original state without being edited or censored. Apparently the uncut version of the film got an NC-17 rating, so they had to chop out the more explicit stuff to get an R rating. The uncut novel is nearly 1,000 pages, but it contains a lot of really important historical details that help inform the rest of the plot.
2. slang Uncircumcised. I was surprised to find out that most men in Europe are uncut.
