1. slang Of a woman, having very large breasts. I know as a woman that you're supposed to want big boobs, but I actually wish I weren't so top-heavy. It's become something of a humorous trend that all of Jack's girlfriends tend to be, shall we say, a bit top-heavy.
2. slang Of a man, having large upper-body muscles with relatively small lower-body muscles.
