spaz

slang A person who is clumsy or incompetent, especially due to being careless, foolish, or out of control. The term is short for "spastic" and may be considered offensive due to originally having been a derogatory term for someone with spastic paralysis or cerebral palsy. Primarily heard in US. I can't believe I sent that embarrassing email to the entire office. I'm such a spaz sometimes! You're always messing up our games with your stupid antics, Tommy! Why do you have to be such a spaz all the time?

I offered him a cigarette and a stiff drink to help spaz him down. You need to spaz down your girlfriend, or she'll end up drawing the attention of the police.
