have a warm heart

To be kind, sympathetic, and generous. I know she can seem a little bit severe from the outside, but trust me when I say that she really has quite a warm heart. Our grandfather will be remembered for his warm heart. He always made sure each of his grandkids felt like they were the most special person in the world.
