A dismissive phrase said to someone with whom the speaker is frustrated, annoyed, or exasperated. An uncommon variant of "go soak your head." A: "I'm a great driver!" B: "Oh yeah? And how many car accidents have you gotten into?" A: "Oh, go soak your face." I've had enough of your negativity. Why don't you go soak your face or something!
