1. To dispatch someone or something to a specific location in order to collect someone or something. A noun or pronoun is used either before or, less commonly, after "around." 2. To dispatch someone or something to a specific location for someone's use or benefit. A noun or pronoun is used either before or, less commonly, after "around."
