pighead

An incredibly stubborn, narrow-minded, and often foolish person. He's a nice guy most of the time, but he can be a real pighead when it comes to certain things. My last boss was a total pighead, so it's nice to work for someone with a bit more common sense and common decency.

pighead

n. someone who is both stupid and stubborn. (see also pigheaded.) She’ll never change her mind. She’s a real pighead.
