To become very annoyed or frustrated, often to the point of exasperation. I'll definitely go round the bend after a week on vacation with my relatives. That loud beeping noise is making me go round the bend!

mainly BRITISH, INFORMAL
If someone goes round the bend, they become extremely bored or frustrated. It's a lovely little place to visit, but I'd go round the bend if I had to live there.
