interjection Primarily heard in UK.
1. An exclamation of surprise, shock, or astonishment. A: "Good evening, Mrs. Brennan. I'm calling to inform you that you've won £10,000!" B: "Oh my days! I can't believe it!" Oh my days! That car nearly hit us!
2. An exclamation of dismay, dejection, or disbelief. A: "So it sounds like Jenny is planning on leaving the company as well." B: "Oh my days, you can't be serious! I don't know how we're going to survive at this rate." A: "This is the bill for the damage." B: "Oh my days. There's no way I can afford this!"
