not set foot in (some place)
To not enter or travel to some location. Can be an order or a statement of intention. The preposition "in" is dropped if the pronouns "here" or "there" are used. It wasn't me—I've haven't set foot in that building before! Don't ever set foot here again, or I'll have you arrested! I'm not setting foot in that restaurant again, not after the awful meal we had.
