nosher

A person who likes to eat snacks or small meals, especially often or continually. I used to be an insatiable nosher in my 20s, eating absurd amounts of food each day. Then my metabolism shifted and I started gaining too much weight to keep up that lifestyle.

nosher

(ˈnɑʃɚ)
n. someone who is always eating snacks. (see also nosh.) I don’t know of a single nosher who’s not fat.
