slang A police officer, especially a man; the police in general. A reference to the nursery rhyme of the same name, with the line "come blow your horn" possibly alluding to a policeman's whistle. Quick, hide the stash—Little Boy Blue's coming toward us! If I find you gave evidence to Little Boy Blue, I'll have you tossed in the river with concrete shoes!
