1. Having, made of, resembling, or characterized by lace. I just bought a lacy little dress that I've been dying to wear! The house had these lacy, old-fashioned curtains in every room.
2. By extension, particularly feminine or effeminate in fashion or design. You can tell by how lacy every room is that Carol was the one who did the decorating in their house.
