To be very easy or enjoyable to say. Sometimes used sarcastically to imply the opposite. When you name your food truck, make sure it's something that rolls off the tongue so that people will remember it. The book is a joy to read aloud. The passages just roll off the tongue. A: "The game's Japanese title translates as 'Heavenly Violence of the Demon Castle—Strike at the Heart of Your Fear.'" B: "Wow, it just rolls right off the tongue."
