insource

For a company or organization, to use its own employees for a task or project, rather than hiring individuals from outside the organization. The opposite of "outsource." I think our jobs are safe now that insourcing is in vogue again.

insource

tv. to assign a task or an order to an internal department, rather than an outside vendor. (The opposite of outsource.) The manager decided to in source the project so he could retain control.
