To have to accept something, typically something that one is not entirely content with. The trim looks kind of sloppy, but I'll just have to live with it, unless I want to redo the whole thing.

have to live with something

to have to endure something. I have a slight limp in the leg that I broke last year. The doctor says I'll have to live with it. We don't like the carpeting in the living room, but since money is so tight we'll have to live with it.
