go out of (one's) mind with (something)
To become wild, irrational, senseless, or insane because of some emotion or sensation. It rained the whole camping trip, and we started going out of minds with boredom being stuck in the tent all day. After yet another sleepless night, I feel like I'm going out of my mind with exhaustion.
