get (one) right here(redirected from get somebody right here)
get (one) right here
To have a particular, significant impact on one. To illustrate what that impact is, "right here" is usually accompanied by a gesture to an appropriate part of the body (most often the heart, when something has affected one emotionally). Look at this sweet card from my sister—her words got me right here. Their wedding vows got me right here, and I teared up a bit.
