chicken fillet

A silicone or gel pad fitted underneath a woman's bra so as to enhance one's breasts or give the appearance of having them. Usually pluralized. After my double mastectomy earlier this year, wearing these high-end chicken fillets helped me feel like my old self again. Wearing chicken fillets when I go out for the night just makes me feel more confident.
