1. A service, usually the retrieval or delivery of goods, that is done outside a place, often a business or restaurant. Does that restaurant have curbside service? It's so cold that I don't want to have to get out of the car to get our takeout. Yeah, the airline has curbside service—just go up to one of the uniformed guys outside the airport, and they'll check your baggage for you.
2. The delivery of items to the outside of one's home or other such location. A: "The dresser comes in pieces in a pretty big box, but the store has curbside service." B: "Oh, good!"
3. The retrieval of items that have been left outside of one's home or other such location. Do we have to sign up for curbside service? How does trash collection work around here?
