1. Literally, to go outside while wearing something in particular. My mom won't let me come out in my bathing suit without a cover-up. I had to come out in my robe to scold the neighbors for being so loud at 3 AM.
2. To show symptoms of a rash. Every time I eat that particular fruit, I come out in hives.

1. Lit. to come outside wearing something in particular. You shouldn't come out in that skimpy jacket. I didn't mean to come out in my pajamas. I just wanted to get the newspaper.
2. Fig. to break out with a rash. The baby has come out in a rash again.
