1. To go or arrive somewhere with the intent of retrieving someone or obtaining something. I will come for you at 8 AM sharp, so be ready. Their fried chicken is famous, but we come for the apple pie.
2. To seek someone in order to apprehend or attack them. The FBI is coming for us, so we've got to get out of this town ASAP! The mob is going to come for you and your family if you testify in court.
3. To challenge or target someone or something in a competition. The team has made it clear that they are coming for the championship this season. You may have beaten me today, but I'll be coming for you in the next tournament.
