card

1. noun, informal A funny, clever, and entertaining person. Gosh, Sarah sure is a card, huh? She always cracks me up!
2. verb, informal To inspect someone's personal identification to verify that they are of legal age. The bouncer is carding everyone. There's no way he's going to let me in with this crappy fake ID. I'm nearly 35 years old, and I still get carded when I go out to the bar.
