here's a dime, call someone who cares

here's a dime, call someone who cares

A phrase used to voice one's frustrations with or disinterest in what someone else is saying. (Payphone calls used to cost 10 cents.) Will you please just stop talking? Or better yet, here's a dime, call someone who cares. I have no interest in hearing her play the victim day after day and whine about how everybody's done her wrong. It's like, "Here's a dime, call someone who cares!"
